1. Swargate Multimodel Transport Hub
This project, which will have excellent connectivity from one place for travel anywhere by ST, PMPML, cab, rickshaw, and metro, will be unique not only for Pune but also for the country.

- Swargate Metro Station will be 100 feet deep.
- The underground metro will connect Swargate ST station.

2. Preservation and conservation of Parvati Hill
Special funds have been made available by the state government to provide necessary facilities at Parvati, a historical and cultural monument in Pune.
- Renovation of the Peshwa-era Vastu Sangrahalaya.
- History of the Maratha Empire through murals.
- Renovation of the cafe where the Peshwa and the British officer met.
- Beautification of the brave Maratha Sardar memorial.
- Beautification of the Vishnu temple area.

3. Kalagram at Pu. La. Deshpande Garden
On the lines of Delhi Hut, the Kalagram in Pula Deshpande Garden will allow the audience to experience live art. Surely, Kalagram will boost Pune’s tourism.

4. Taljai Forest Conservation
A forest plan was planned and effectively implemented to protect and develop 750 acres of forest area in the Parvati constituency. A large amount of funds were brought for this purpose.

- Security boundary walls were built for Taljai forest area (250 hectares).
- Towers were erected for observation.

5. Sinhagad Road Flyover
The construction of this bridge also includes the work of the pillars required for the metro, which will help speed up the work of the Khadakwasla to Kharadi metro.
- Total length of flyover at Rajaram Pool Chowk is 520 meters.
- Total length of flyover from Vitthalwadi to Funtime Theatre is 2120 meters.
- Total length of flyover from Indian Hume Pipe Gate to Inamdar Chowk is 1540 meters.
- An alternative road has been constructed to Sinhagad Road from Dhayari via Vishranti Nagar to Janata Vasahat - Neelam Talkies.
6. ESIC Hospital at Bibwewadi
This hospital, complete with all modern health facilities, will be a boon for South Pune. The common man will be able to avail the benefits of various health schemes.
- Super specialty hospital in ESIC premises in Bibvewadi.
- 500 hundred beds in a seven-storey building.
- Quality, state-of-the-art health facilities.

7. Relief for Panshet flood victims
The issue of Panshet flood victims has been resolved. The government has issued an ordinance amending the land given on a 99-year lease to the Panshet flood-affected cooperative housing societies to give ownership rights to the flood victims.
There was insufficient clarity about various matters related to these societies, so a follow-up was made to issue an amended ordinance. The new ordinance has brought sufficient clarity regarding the rules, penalties and other legal matters for the societies. This decision will benefit 103 societies, 4000 families and 80 thousand Punekars.
8. Anand Nagar Police Chowki on Sinhagad Road
Anand Nagar Police Chowki has been established to strengthen law and order on Sinhgad Road and nearby areas.
- The Chowki functions under the Sinhgad Road Police Station, Vadgaon Budruk, within Pune Police jurisdiction.
- The Police Chowki aims to ensure faster police response and improved public safety for residents.
- It supports regular patrolling, crime prevention, and emergency response services.
- The initiative enhances local policing and citizen accessibility in the Anand Nagar and Sinhgad Road region.
9. Goel Ganga to Vitthalwadi Flyover
- Total length of flyover from Goel Ganga Chowk to Inamdar Chowk is 1540 meters, improving traffic flow along Sinhagad Road.
- The flyover project was developed to reduce congestion on Sinhagad Road, one of the busiest traffic corridors in Pune.
- The flyover allows vehicles to bypass multiple major junctions including Vitthalwadi Chowk, Anandnagar Chowk and Manik Baug Chowk, helping ensure smoother traffic flow.
- The project improves connectivity between the residential areas of Dhayari, Nanded City, Vadgaon Budruk and central Pune via Sinhagad Road.
- Structural provisions for future metro pillars have been incorporated along the corridor to support the proposed Khadakwasla to Kharadi metro route.
- The flyover is expected to significantly reduce travel time during peak hours for commuters travelling towards Swargate and central Pune.
10. Alternative Roads to Sinhagad Road
- An alternative road has been developed from Dhayari via Vishrantinagar to Janata Vasahat and Neelam Talkies to improve connectivity and reduce traffic congestion.
- This alternative route helps reduce travel time normally lost at busy junctions such as Rajaram Bridge, Vitthalwadi Chowk, Hingne Chowk, Santosh Hall and Manik Baug.
- A service road has been constructed near Ganga Bhagyoday by utilizing space along the Indian Hume Pipe Company Ltd. premises to facilitate smoother local traffic movement.
11. Roads Developed Under Urban Street Design Guidelines
- Sinhagad Road has been upgraded as per the Urban Street Design Guidelines to improve traffic flow and pedestrian accessibility.
- Bibwewadi Road has been developed with improved road infrastructure to support increasing traffic demand.
- Satara Road has also been enhanced under the Urban Street Guidelines to provide safer and more efficient transportation corridors.
